Change Requests

Our team follows a structured process for reviewing and implementing change requests. Each request is reviewed, followed by prioritization based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with product goals.
Follow these steps to raise a new change request -

  1. Go to https://intake.akamai.com/
  2. Click on "Order Management" button under "Order Management" tile
  3. Fill in the details in the form. Ensure that the description field has detailed information on following topics -
    1. What is the expectation
    2. What business problem do you wish to solve with this change
    3. Who will be the consumers of this feature and data
    4. How and when will this be consumed
    5. Expected additional load on the system due to this use case
    6. Impact on business due to this change
  4. Choose the following values for Platform field -
    1. DigitalPriceList - for PAC related CRs
    2. ProductMaster - for Product Master related CRs
    3. Other - for Pilots and Calculator related CRs
